Non-Chocolate Easter Gift Ideas

While we all LOVE a good Easter chocolate, unfortunately not everyone can enjoy this delicious treat or it may not be practical (i.e. will melt during transport). A lot of families also enjoy adding some extra goodies to their Easter egg baskets as well.

So we have put together a list of non-chocolate gift ideas for you.

1. Books

There are a lot of great Easter Children's books out there. But book gifts do not need to be limited to the Easter range: kids always love silly books (our fav: Thelma the Unicorn by Aaron Blabey) or there are so many great books for adults (Lessons in Chemistry by Bonnie Garmus).

2. Pyjamas

As the season changes down under, Easter is the perfect time to gift pyjamas. Winter pyjamas or Easter themed are a great idea for a gift for kids and adults alike.

3. Slippers, Ugg Boots or Gumboots

Pair a cute pair of pyjamas with some cute slippers, ugg boots or for those that love the outdoors some gumboots. Great gifts for kids and adults and a staple that will be used for many years to come.

3. Clothes

Super cute outfit for Easter weekend? Yes, please! A cute dress, shirt, pants, jumper, socks... endless options. We also love matchy matchy here at Kippley so we always recommend matching sets :)

4. Comfort toys

Stuffed toys, board games, cute toys. Can be Easter or non-Easter themed (though we love Easter themed).

5. Jewellery

Earrings, a necklace, rings. Can be Easter themed or non-seasonal. Check out your local markets for some great and unique buys.

6. Kitchen Items

Tea towels, hand towels, aprons, tea pot cover, the options are endless! Practical items are always a welcome gift for adults and can be used year-round.

8. Easter/Home Decor

Your local Kmart, Big W, Target, Dollar Stores often have a great range of Easter decor. From statues, garlands, bunting, ornaments, dishes, bowls, door mats, signs and more. We recommend checking out in store as a lot of stock in our experience is not online.

9. Tea

As the weather gets cooler and we relax into the Easter break, tea is a great gift idea. Can be gourmet teas or just a wonderful cup of loose leaf brewed peppermint tea. Pair tea with a cute tea pot or brewing mug. A lot of shops offer gift sets. Our favourite: T2 range.

10. The BEST gift of ALL

Nothing beats time with family and friends and a holiday/break. The best gift of all.

We hope you all have a wonderful Easter and holiday.

Much love xx
